TGIF: Mscraps New Products

Another Friday and we're into July already. Time passes too fast, doesn't it?

It's almost midnight here and after a hard day's work in the office, I'm in the mood for some rambling today about my happy hobby. Bear with me?

Well, I want to say, so far, I've been lucky to be working for great companies like MScrapsSuzyQScraps, Digital Scrapbook Artisan Guild and Creations by Tina Marie and I want to clarify that I take my responsibilities with this work very seriously, even if it's considered "just a hobby" and I'm not earning any money from it.

You know, I'm not really in this just to get products for "free". How can anyone be doing it just for the so-called "free" products? Being chosen for the team and receiving the products, I feel my talents are recognised and validated, hence I am obligated to make a good job out of it, to prove that the companies were right to have chosen me! WOO! LOL!!

Being on the Design Teams also push me to create, learn and improve more. So I'm very grateful and happy to put in hard work for the Design Teams, because I start out with the premise that we are all doing this with good faith, good conscience and professionalism.

Well, enough of this rambling talk. LOL!! I've had a stressful time at work and just too emotional for words at the moment. *ACK*

Anyway, this week, I made many retro-feel layouts for MScrap's new products. I also decided I need to scrap as many memories as possible that I missed scrapping during my scrapbooking hiatus.

I also made this layout for MScraps' July Miscellaneous Challenge (Digital Stitching). Suzie has a tutorial to teach you how to make digital stitching with real-looking thread. Do go take a look and try it out. How's my digital stitching? Is it real-looking? To be honest, I'm quite embarrassed by it, but the nice MScraps ladies say it's good. LOL!! Well, we shall keep learning, shan't we?

I used Dunia's template, Dunia's Alphabet Soup,
Janyelle's Grandma Sewing Box and Yoshiko's frame.

Have a great weekend, and don't forget, new goodies are 20% off through the weekend, so go grab some goodies.

Thanks for looking!!
